The KNX side of IntesisBox

IntesisBox acts as one more device into the KNX system, maintaining always in memory an updated mirror of the KNX points declared in its configuration table, ready to be served to the ASCII side when requested. The IntesisBox´s KNX TP-1 (EIB) interface connects directly to the EIB bus and is opto-isolated from the rest of the internal electronics.

When starting-up or after an EIB bus reset, IntesisBox can send read requests to KNX to get the current values for those points required (critical signals needed to be updated in any moment in the ASCII controller), this is configurable per point. More than one EIB group address can actuate on the same IntesisBox´s point.


The ASCII side of IntesisBox

ASCII interface of IntesisBox uses serial RS232 communication (baud rate configurable). Points in KNX can be read/written easily from the ASCII side by means of simple messages. IntesisBox can be configured to notify to the ASCII side whatever change of
value detected for a point by means of spontaneous messages sent through the ASCII interface. This is configurable individually per point (no need of continuous polling by the ASCII controller device).

EASY INSTALLATION

GREAT INTEGRATION FLEXIBILITY
IntesisBox® IBOX-KNX-BAC is a BACnet/IP client that reads/writes points of other BACnet/IP devices connected to the BACnet network. All the read values are kept in the IntesisBox® memory to be used in the KNX system when needed. When a change is detected in any BACnet object a write telegram with the new value is send to associated KNX group address. The IntesisBox® BACnet interface allows reading other BACnet objects by continuous polling or using subscription (COV).

IntesisBox® IBOX-KNX-ENO-A1 is an EnOcean device that send/receives telegrams from/to other EnOcean devices in its signal range. When a change is detected a write telegram is sent to KNX with the new value to the KNX group address linked, and vice versa.
The EnOcean interface of IntesisBox® supports various configuration profiles, allowing an easy configuration of the devices.

IntesisBox® IBOX-KNX-ENO-A1 is an EnOcean device that send/receives telegrams from/to other EnOcean devices in its signal range. When a change is detected a write telegram is sent to KNX with the new value to the KNX group address linked, and vice versa.
The EnOcean interface of IntesisBox® supports various configuration profiles, allowing an easy configuration of the devices.

Small dimensions and easy installation. It can be connected directly to the LG bus from the AC
indoor unit or in parallel with the wired Remote Controller, and in the other side it connects

BESCHREIBUNG:

Ziel dieser Integration ist es, Modbus-System-Signale und Ressourcen aus einem BACnet-basierten Steuerungssystem oder Gerät zugänglich zu machen, als wäre es ein Teil des eigenen BACnet-Systems und umgekehrt.

 

Das Gateway fungiert als BACnet / IP Server oder BACnet MSTP Gerät in seiner BACnet Schnittstelle, so dass andere BACnet Geräte Subskription (COV) Anfragen ausführen und lesen / schreibt an ihre internen Punkte. Aus der Sicht von Modbus simuliert IntesisBox ein Modbus RTU Master Gerät und ein Modbus TCP Client Gerät. Die Lesungen des Modbus-Slave-Geräts werden von IntesisBox durch automatisches kontinuierliches Polling durchgeführt.

 

Die Konfiguration erfolgt über die Konfigurationssoftware IntesisBox® MAPS.

Aus Sicht des KNX-Systems im Startvorgang des Gateways und auch nach einer Erkennung eines KNX-Bus-Rücksetzens fragt das Gateway die in dieser Situation konfigurierten KNX-Signale ab und pflegt die empfangenen Werte im Speicher Zum BACnet-System auf Wunsch. Hören Sie auch auf jedes KNX-Telegramm, das sich auf die darin konfigurierten internen Punkte bezieht, und wirkt entsprechend der Konfiguration des entsprechenden Punktes.

Aus der Sicht des BACnet-Systems nach dem Startvorgang hört das Gateway auf eine Subskriptionsanforderung (COV), bedient jede Abfrageanforderung oder führt jede Schreibanforderung von internen Punkten aus dem BACnet-System durch. Die von BACnet erhaltenen Werte werden durch das KNX-System und umgekehrt gelesen (und ggf. geschrieben).

HAUPTEIGENSCHAFTEN:

Der IS-IR-KNX-1i ist mit über 40 verschiedenen Klimatisierungsmarken kompatibel. Dieses Gateway zeichnet sich als das einzige auf dem Markt, das Kontrolle und Überwachung des Klimasystems bietet.

Das Gerät wird neben dem Air Conditioner installiert und sendet Befehle mit Infrarot-Codes.

Dank eines eingebauten Infrarot-Empfängers kann er auch die vom Benutzer vorgenommenen Änderungen über die eigene AC IR-Fernbedienung erfassen und in KNX anzeigen.

The IntesisBox Gatewya has been designed to monitor and control your Notifier ID3000 and ID3002 fire panels remotely from your Control Center using any commercial SCADA or monitoring software with Modbus TCP driver.

The aim of this integration is to make available points states of Notifier ID3000 series fire panels from a Modbus master device device. For this, IntesisBox Modbus Server - Notifier ID3000 gateway works, from the Modbus system point of view, acting as a Modbus slave device responding to data polls coming from the Modbus master, and from the Notifier system point of view, acting as a serial device connected to its RS232 port, and serving the data received from Notifier to the Modbus side.

IntesisBox connects to the RS232 port of the Notifier panel, either through the RS232 port of the mother board, or through the isolated ISO-RS232 port (optional card), this last is the recommended and the use of a baud rate of 2400bps.

If there is more than one Notifier fire panel connected in network, any of them can be integrated using the IntesisBox, but only one panel. IntesisBox can be physically connected to one panel but communicating with another panel connected to the Notifier network.
